Their food is worth the wait.. This place is great for meeting friends and people seeing. Its always packed. But thats a good sign. Their food is worth the wait. Great place to experiment and try cuban mix. Its like your traditional homemade with a twist. Good spot to catch up with a few friends.

Can't hold a reservation. To quote Seinfeld: "See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them."

That is what happened to me. We made a reservation for 8 people for that night. When we got there the bartender came to meet us, we let him know we had a reservation and they made us wait 10 minutes to rudely let us know that the person that took our reservation didn't write it down so they couldn't seat us. They then offered to seat us outside in 45 degree weather.

Finding a table for 8 people in the Grove Street area without a reservation is nearly impossible. They ruined our night. A huge disappointment. I will not go there again.

If you're considering delivery, SKIP IT!!!. Just ordered delivery from there. Took almost 2 hours for the delivery to finally get to me. I didn't even try the food and sent it back. This place isn't even a ten minute walk from me. The woman I spoke to on the phone (who took my order) knew exactly where I live. Yet the driver needed 4 phone calls (one from a POLICE STATION) with ME to find the place. Pretty poor performance all around. Unfortunately this kind of occurance will never have me coming back for a second try (delivery OR in-house). Massive FAIL.

critters. It really does not matter if its true hispanic food or not because after I was done eating, I noticed the critters crawling on the table. Spare yourself of the indigestion. TRUST ME!!!!!
