Stella is ON POINT!. Stella's is by far the best joint you will find in downtown. Other places are too hit and miss. But Stella is on point. Their Pasta Sauce is totally home made. Their pizza sauce is not too garlicy, or oily. Pizza crust is dry and crisp ( not greasy at all ) and you can tell they care about what they serve, cause i ordered the veal parm sub, and the guy on the phone told me not to get the veal, to try the chicken. and iv been a fan ever since. they dont try and sell you something they dont feel is not up to par with what they sell. Their portions are "Dinner and Lunch" size , and the people in there are really nice. You can tell they like working there cause they are super nice. Enjoy...

Poor quality pizza. Eaten the pizza twice to make sure I had a basis to write a review. I like a variety of pizza styles, but I can tell the difference between good and bad. Bottom line, this is not good pizza, you don't need to know anything else. Find another place in the neighborhood. FYI, this place is really designed for take-out or delivery.

Stella in General.... is just a great name. the pizza here is so good that when someone mentions pizza i instantly think about a slice of stellas pepperoni pizza. like today i went online and saw hairlessmunkee talk about amazing pizza on university and 13th, nyc and then i thought hey i crave pizza now. so i digged for coupons and couldn't find one for stella but there were three other coupons, 2 expired and one never expires and so it was either that awesome pizza joint who has coupons that never expire (which possibly means the pizza is no good?) or Stellas (call info or google it for the number) so i took the liberty to work a little harder and googled it. what's worse is that Stellas is like a 1 minute walk from my apt but it's so good i'll order the minimum just to enjoy it for the rest of the week. cheers!

Good pizza... sometimes. I've eaten here a few times, both sit in and takeaway. The pizza is usually good ( I recommend the Mexican ) but can be a little 'hitNmiss'.
