Great Experience!!! This dealership is top notch! The associates and the management are friendly, helpful and efficient. My husband and I bought a Honda Accord and could not be happier. Everything they did from the service to the price was what we were looking for. There was not any pressure to make the deal. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. To say the least, it was a painless experience and I would highly recommend this business.
I was looking to replace my car that got flooded during the hurricane. The associates at metro Honda were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. They worked hard to get the paperwork and the lease done late on a Friday night.
I recently got into a car accident and I needed car asap. The right side of my Camry was banged up bad and I wasn't even able to open the doors on the right side. I work pretty far from bayonne. I came in and worked with John Lizares, it was an awesome experience. We must have test drove three pre-owned cars but I ended up getting a brand new accord the one I wanted and it was just no hassle. Great place, great customer service and I can't wait to go back to get my oil change, Thanks John.
Just recently bought 2012 accord from metro plain and simple they beat everybody else's price threw in a heck of a warranty no extra charge and as far as inventory they had the car in stock the dealership plays no games thank you billy Cornelius and John
I don't live in this area, so I wanted to make sure driving to metro Honda was going to be worth the drive. When I came here I met with billy who was very kind and patient with me. He was able to answer all of my questions and the managers were also very friendly. Not to mention the GREAT deal I got here with Metro. I have already recommended this dealerships and will come here for all of my future cars.
Great Service for my Accord. I purchased my Accord in South Carolina, moved to NJ. Looking for a dealer i can trust to maintain my Honda . I like to kee up my maintenace with genuine honda parts, i believe they last longer and run better in the long term. I tried Metro Honda in Jersey city, had nothing but great service, quick, open on sunday, and reasonable prices.
Great experience!!. Yesterday I leased a 2012 Honda Accord LX from Metro Honda in Jersey City. I can’t thank them enough for their first class service! Initially, I was dreading this process.. (as a female and not very knowledgeable about cars, I didnt want to get scammed.) However, Elis Tavarez and John Chatzopoulos went out of their way to make it enjoyable and stress free for me. They were extremely personable and made me feel like I had known them for years. What really sold me was their hospitable environment, great prices and perks as well as the knowledgeable and accommodating sales reps. I would highly recommend them!!
1st Time Buyer.
So as a first time buyer...there is always a certain sense of apprehension in walking into a car dealer. Long story short, walked in with the intention to "look around", walked out the owner of a brand new 2012 Honda Civic.
The best thing was...I was not pressured into anything...nor was I tricked or deceived. My salesperson answered all my questions and worked with me every step of the way; I understood each step of the process and I left not only happy with my new car but very happy about my first car buying expereince.
Subsequently, I have brought in my car for service 3 times getting timely and efficient service each time! Their online scheduling feature is great!

Great dealership, cool place. I drove by here, a little reluctant at first especially with all the other experiences I've had at dealerships in the area. But, alas! I finally made the move and bought myself a car. I picked up a new Accord. The saleswoman, Kerry made me feel at ease, everyone was really very nice, and John the manager should be a comedian, funny guy. Ultimately, what sold me was their 10yr/100,000 miles warranty, and the free oil changes for life. One thing though is I didnt understand why they still have St. Patrick's Day decorations up. lol
The worst experience of buying a new car. It seems like a total scam now..They fix you up on the price but that is not what they sell you the car for. They add bunch of other - service contracts, etch upgrades, down payment protection..linking them to your credit approval..and this can go up to an additional $3000. As someone said before, they hurry up through the documentation and you don't get the time to read every word of it. In my case, they did not give me the papers until a month as they convinced me that they will fetch me the best interest rate on the loan and send me the papers.
Make sure you read every word of the document you sign..do not ever trust these scamsters. You have the right to deny any additional service contracts or protection..as these are completely voluntary and are not required to obtain more favorable terms of credit.
