incompetent. a bad sign, i suppose, when someone looks at a tall woman in a red coat with her hair in a ponytail and asks, "how can i help you, sir?"

i have curly hair, explained my haircut desires. the stylist hurried, with little attention to detail, through the cut. it was awful, uneven, haphazard. and worse, the result of paltry effort.

perhaps if you have straight hair, this place will serve your needs.
