Horrible Company. I wish I had read more reviews before choosing this awful company. They have charged me $450 for expedited visa services and shipping and my visa arrived late and my travel plans to Brazil were ruined. My itinerary was included in the paperwork they require, but this company is a hot mess and they are terrible about communication and support. They take your money and run! I am now in the position of having to file a civil suit because they refuse to refund my money! Michael stated "We did perform a service and issue your visa." Too late to make my flight however! I don't even need the thing now! Also, I am being charged $250 for rebooking by the airlines. Outrageous behavior from this company...save yourself the headache and choose another visa company.

Provisa company. This company is a scam. I sent them documents 4 weeks in advance for visa they say takes 5 days. I requested they stop and send me the passport and documents back. They actually lied and gave me a fake fedex number. STAY AWAY.

Best service. When I found out that my Indian Visa had expired about a week before I was leaving the country, Sarah and Michael came through for me. He had to deal with my extreme frustration when I found out that I didn't have enough blank pages left (US customs agent stamped messily), calmly explaining the regulations, going over my options with me, and ultimately helping me find the best solution. Thanks to he, I got a new passport, double-sized at no additional charge, the visa I needed and a little discount, all a few days before promised. It's definitely cheaper to go straight to the government offices, but if you're in a rush or want experts guiding you, this is the place to go.

Fast and Reliable ! :). In September, I had a business meeting in China. One week before my trip I realized that my passport had expired 2 months earlier. Now I needed to renew my passport AND get a new Chinese visa in Just 4 days.



I tried calling a few companies only to get voice mails and recorded messages. I then called Provisa in New York and a consultant answered the phone on the first ring! They told me to calm down and gave me deatailed instructions on how to get both services done in time. They came through as promised, renewing my passport and obtaining a Chinese visa in just 3 days. They saved my job! I will be sure to use this company any time I have any visa needs, they are second to none!
