This is simply the worst photography store I have ever been to. The staff is inconsiderate, snippy, and hard to deal with. This is especially true of David. I am the type of consumer who researches every purchase before they go to the store to buy. I generally know what I want and what I need before going to shop. When I do finally buy, I choose to go to small, independently owned stores to support local businesses. Every single time I have tried to purchase from Wholesale Photo, a snarky staff member would try to change my mind or convince me otherwise (both up and down the product chain). Sometimes they would think that what I wanted to purchase was unnecessary and too advanced for me. They would come to this conclusion simply by looking at me (I am 19 and look young). Not once did the staff ever asked why I needed a camera and what I would be using it for. If they did, maybe they would have realized that I am attending Film School. I would bet my savings account that I know more about cameras and the industry than any of these so called camera "experts". Please save your time and shop somewhere else where the staff is friendly and the prices are more reasonable. I will never step foot in Wholesale Photo ever again and I will make sure that anybody who asks for my advice regarding camera equipment knows to stay away as well.

Simply the Best. If I could sum up all the years I've spent getting my film processed, digital pictures printed, cameras purchased and questions answered, the whole description would be "simply the best".

Wholesale has always been there for both myself and my family when it's come to getting that last minute gift, transferring my old movies, restoring my grandparents wedding photo (Thank you DAVE!) and always helping with my thousands of questions about my camera.

(Although less questions now that I have taken a few of their photo classes)

They are like this hidden gem in the community where you will see the same great staff each and every time you go in. Where they will always be friendly and willing to help, and where I go for everything (including the free coffee ;) Thanks guys, you are the best!

Classic Bait and Switch. Go to this store if you’re looking for a store that does not stand behind its own advertising, and uses bait and switch tactics. Definitely not a place where customer service is priority!!!
