Great Website!!!.
I have been ordering through a couple of other websites for my insoles for the past few years and have been ok with the service. Recently I came across jimmytheshoedoctorcom and found that the price of the same orthotic was about $7 less and free shipping. So I decided to try them. Incredibly satisfied!!! I not only got a better price but much faster shipping. Alot easier shopping cart also, no crazy steps to go through like the other websites. Very straigh forward ordering process.
I will definitely reccommend this website to others.

Another sad story about Jimmy the Shoe Doctor.

I am also a first time customer of jimmytheshoedoctor's website and am beginning to wonder if I have been duped.. I ordered a pair of orthotics on August 1st, 2011 and promptly received an order receipt and details that my credit card had been billed. Three weeks later I still do not have them. I might give them the benefit of doubt--EXCEPT-- I have sent 2 e-mails inquiring about the status of this order--no reply. I tried calling two telephone numbers listed for them and had only a recording advising me that the best way to contact them was through their customer service e-mail. I have had absolutely no response from this company and hope that I can save anyone else this frustration! I'll be going to the local shoe store tomorrow.

GREAT SHOE STORE!!!. I was told by my Podiatrist to go to Jimmy The Shoe Doctor for help being fitted for orthotics and shoes since he has sent many satisfied patients there before. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and in the end my feet feel so much better. They even shipped a second color in the shoe I bought that they did not have in stock directly to my house so I did not have to make another trip to the store. Definitely a place worth recommending.
