WE LOVE JAMIE ( THE MANAGER ) IN THIS CHILIS LOCATION. This branch of Chili's not only provides the small town-homey-neighborhhod feel... it has excellent service !

One Sunday my family and I were scheduled to meet with our family friends from Rockland County, NY; we agreed on meeting in this, our favorite Chili's branch. Our friends ended up going to the Garden State Plaza branch. The manager in the Ramsey location, JAMIE, was smart and quick enough to notice we've been waiting for about half an hour for our friends. After coordinating with the manager at the GSP Chili's location, we were all able to all meet and have a nice Sunday dinner at this location in Ramsey...

This special attention to detail that JAMIE ( the manager ) showed us stood out. Service exceeds any type of food any restaurant can offer. She is bright, smart, VERY FRIENDLY, and cared about customers. EVERY MANAGER OR WAIT STAFF IN ANY ESTABLISHMENT IN THIS PART OF NORTH JERSEY SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF THIS !

Needless to say, this place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... Ask for JAMIE the manager, if you can.
