Hidden Gem!.
Having sampled many sushi restaurants in New York City, I did not expect to find a sushi restaurant in Bergen County with the same caliber as those in NYC. I would definitely rate this as a must eat if you're ever in the area. The sushi is extremely fresh and the sushi chef's personal creations are exquisite.
The only unusual thing is that this restaurant is tucked away inside the Howard Johnsons on Rt 17. It's so easy to pass without realizing that hidden within this hotel, is a gem.
