You can't go wrong with any selection here..... Kinchley's pizza is the best thin crust pizza around. Honestly, I've never tried anything there I didn't like. They have a great selection of toppings for their pizzas, excellent salads, great sandwiches, nice appetizers (I love the garlic bread parm) and you get good value for your money.

I have never had an issue with the service there, you can't expect miracles with the tight table set up and constant flow of customers. Okay, the decor hasn't changed since they opened the place but it's not a fancy restaurant by any means. They added an ATM which is great since they don't take anything but cash.

Once you eat there, you'll understand what the crowds are all about.

Good food, decent price, somewhat unique....worth at least a try. This isn't your typical thin crust pizza. The thin crust tastes more like crackers. Those of us around here have come to call it Kinchley's rather than pizza. It won't please everyone, but it sure does please me. No matter what you choose to put on it, it's very flavorful. With all due respect to the previous reviewer, you may need to get your tongue checked. My favorite food are mostly spicy and flavorful stuff (especially indian, thai and malaysian). It's hard to find food that's flavorful enough to stimulate my taste buds. The ones in kinchley definitely did.

Meatball, bacon, hot sliced peppers and fra diavlo sauce are my favorite items to put on my kinchley's.

While you are in the restauant, do try a birch beer float. It's heavenly.

So, if you are ready for great kinchley's, awesome atmosphere, tightest bathrooms and rudest services, you should definitely try it. Remember, it's cash only!!!

I must be missing something.... ...I just don't see what the appeal of this place. I live in the apartment complex right next to this establishment and I wanted to like it. I really did. But I don't. Not at all. There is NOTHING special about this place at all. Most of the food lacks favor of any kind. The portions are a decent size, but that doesn't make up for the lack of flavor. True it is always crowded, which may mean that I truly am missing something here. I have tried a lot of the menu and it is all the same. I am lead to believe that this place is just one of those places that people go to because they are used to going to it. I say try it and make up your own mind because I am so confused by it.

Great pizza. Kinchleys is an area staple. With great pizza, even with the crowded conditions, it's worth it. And they must be doing something right because they are always crowded. I have not had the same problems as the other reviewers, if you go at a busy time with a large group, expect a wait. If thats not what you're looking for, go elsewhere. But if you're looking for good food and you don't mind crowds, smoke and noise than go to Kinchley's.

Awful Service, good pizza. I have had better pizza, and I most certainly have had much better service. The restaurant is crowded and lacks elbow room. The managers lack any skill to resolve problems. I went with a party of 8 and we were asked to leave, even though we are regulars, because they needed to accomodate a larger group. When I called the manager they did not try to correct this problem...

Bad service/good food. The pizzas are very small hoiwever they taste very good. But the management at the place really lacks any integrity or loyalty to return customers.
