NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. NOT THE HIGH END SPA IT PRETENDS TO BE!!

I recently went to the FOUNTAIN for a facial. The front staff were very rude and unhelpful, and the service provided was adequate, certainly not worth the fees charged.

When I go to a spa which charges close to $100 for a facial, I do not expect to find DOLLAR STORE cleansers, lotions and hairspray in their changing rooms. If you want to pretend to be high end, place better quality items for the customers to use in the changing room. Or better yet, place them in pretty bottles so we do not now you are cheapening the products!

The Fountain Spa needs to employ people who are more courteous and care about the service that is being provided. The FRONT STAFF are a bunch of young girls who seem to care less about the customers, the service or the products. They seemed bored out of their minds and could care less.

Do yourself a favor, go to BEYOND SPAS in Hackensack. It is a hike, but you will find a higher quality service, professional staff members and a high end spa experience for the same price.

FOUNTAIN SPA IS A DOLLAR STORE EXPERIENCE WRAPPED IN A FLUFFY TOWEL.
