Too Expensive and Very Poor Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment at 6pm...I arrived at 5:50...nobody even offered anything except to just sit and wait. I waited since I got in early. At 6pm, my stylist called another person which made me realize that they double booked. Somebody told me to wait for few minutes because they are not yet ready. I waited until 630 and walked out! If I will pay that much for a haircut, I am expecting good service too! Will never come here again!

Worst Hair Salon in area. I found this salon online after moving to the area. I had healthy, shiny hair that I color and highlight. I started to see what I was told was one of the "top stylists" who also is a Goldwell rep...which means she uses and pushes Goldwell color on all her clients. I have since found out from going to a quality salon that the owner will use cheap color so he can pocket the profit. I continued to see this "stylist" for way too long and my hair was almost destroyed! Dry, brittle, brassy...she insisted it was not her fault. I have now found a great salon just up the street, House of DeCicco and they have repaired the damage. They are great and charge much less then this fake overpriced factory of a salon!!

I like the Oradell location!. Been going to the Oradell Panico for 8 years now. Great stylists here. All Panico's are just a TAD overpriced.

Don't waste your money OVERRATED!!!!. What a bad experience. The people are pleasantly fake but dreadfully inexperienced,oh, but if you would like a decent cut or color it will cost you a few hundered at least. What a shear ripoff. The guy who owns the place is a moron. He prances around like it's his stable of women who swoon when he walks by. I think he is trying desperately to be a classy place and it is anything but. The bad reviews are right on targe.
