Gold Seal Transmission, Ramsey, NJ. I had the need for the services of Gold Seal transmission again this past August... Nothing has changed here.. The service and skills are still top of the line... I realized that in dealing with Guy (the owner) his parents brought him up well. He is honest and Above any measure of fairness and integrity............I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP !!! .Gold Seal and Guy, most definitely have earned 5 stars with me. They do quality work and they stand behind what they do ABOVE AND BEYOND what would be required or expected. In Short, they are reliable, professional and Honest and "did more than the right thing and went more than the extra mile " for me.. They are good people. I wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop. I have had several vehicles repaired by them and have always been happy. Always a fair price and excellent work. My Last repair was above and beyond what I expected. Most helpful transmission shop around. I was traveling through the area out on the main highway when my transmission light came on in my car. Being from out of the area, I was not familiar with the auto services available.

After wasting my time at 3 different quick service areas I finally made my way to "Guy" who was extremely helpful. It was after lunch on a Friday afternoon and he was extremely willing to squeeze my car in on the fly.

It turns out my car was still under warantee so I had to take it to the dealer, but Guy at Gold Seal Transmissions was the best. He helped answer my questions I had and was very honest.

Gold Seal Transmissions. I have a 1971 Chevy Chevelle SS.. I was recommended by a friend to send my car to them.. Needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive.. Anyhow, I was please with their professionalism and their honesty. They took very good care of my car and I would recommend them to all..

Honest and Reliable, and extremely Fair!. I was recommended, by my mechanic, to take my daughters Honda to Guy at Gold Seal when she started having problems with her transmission. I am so glad he did! They were able to diagnose the problem, and worked well with the warranty company, since she was in need of a new transmission. Both Guy and Cort (owners) were extremely helpful in working out all the bugs with her transmission. They did not give up till it was running smoothly. They are Honest and treat you with respect whether it was me or my daughter. I would highly recommend their shop!

Goldseal provides the kind of service that is not always common in many businesses these days. They are considerate, kind, polite and COST CONSCIOUS. They also go beyond expectations to ensure your satisfaction with your repair experience. They stand behind all repair work they perform and are always willing to work with your warranty compnay if necessary.

Honesty and great service is their motto. We had our Taurus trans replaced by another location and had to bring it to Guy and son to get ir replaced again.

Their price was less and they did a fantastic job.

We later had another repair that needed work and they also helped us with that one at a great price, too.

This is a family business with 2 generations of happy customers!
