Everyone is great except for one nurse!

My 9 month old daughter had her ear pierced in this clinic. The nurse who pierced her ear had a very long fingernail so she made a mess. They should not allow nurses to wear long fingernails especially when they ear taking care of babies due to hygienic purposes and safety reasons! at the end I still paid $40.00, the same nurse removed the earring and threw it in the garbage and my baby is crying in pain.

When you need them, can't get an appt.

What good is a doctor if you can't get an appt with her/ him. I love the doctor, but try to get an appt. My daughter is 14 and has been going to this doctor for 9 years. When I needed a physical for her school, they told me I had to wait four months to get one. Needless to say, I can't leave my daughter out of school for an entire month so we have to change. By the way, $1 a page for her records with a minimum of $20. After nine yrs, let's just say it going to cost us A LOT of money to get her records. Ridiculous!!!!!
