OK NOt consistent

Sometimes Kimi is great, sometimes not so great. Sometimes you get a massage, most times not. No specials for children. I really don't like when employees are obviously giggling and talking about customers in their foreign language. makes everyone very uncomfortable and this does happen here.
- Pros: Usuually get you in without appointment
- Cons: inconsistent, giggling employees about customers
