Best company for emergency drain cleaning. Called them today at 900AM and they were in my house by 1000AM. Snaked a kitchen sink and gave me a 10%senior discount. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

All the reviews boasting "Great
plumbers" or "best service" are BOGUS!! You can tell by the patterns in the fake screen names... and Jack (Branica)Forte is the owner!! Only HORRIBLE companies have to lie and put fake reviews to make themselves look good.
The plumbers/drain cleaners are good. Not gonna lie, they do good work. Expect everything else about this company to be a hassle!! They quote one price and charge another, they lie about the time it will take to get a plumber out and if you have any issues, good luck talking to someone!! There is no customer service and the attitude is DREADFUL!!
Do yourself a favor and call pretty much anyone else. These people are WORTHLESS!!!

DO NOT USE THEM. very unprofessional. they broke a pipe while snaking my tub. told me they couldn't fix it and gave me the name of another plumber to use to fix it. then proceeded to tell me i had to pay full price for their service that resulted in a broken pipe and water leaking through the floor into my kitchen below. they now refuse to speak to me, telling me all correspondence should be in writing. i sent a letter by return receipt and THEY REFUSED THE LETTER! so first they tell me to write to them, then they refuse to receive and read the letter. i will never use them again.

Horrible Plumbers Laughable Business People. Im in the process of suing these clowns. They got an auger stuck in a 1 year old toilet. They blamed the toilet. Meanwhile after I called a local guy, (mark from Mainline 201-750-8700) he used a lasar camera to discern that something was wrong with the auger. I gave them ample time and effort to rectify situation. Generously just asked them to pay for the toilet their plumber ruined and i would cover service call. Even told them if they came back and broke open the toilet and found an obstruction, i would pay them double the service call. Ignored me on all counts. Multiple letters, multiple calls and zero call back from anybody...horrible plumbers, laughable business people. Yes, will be a hassel to take them to small claims, but I HATE when business people don't even attempt do the right thing, so I am going forward with it. With the economy is the way it is, do yourself a favor, call Mainline or a different local guy, clearly these jokers care less about their reputaition.

SOLID DRAIN CLEANERS. CAME QUICK AND SNAKED A TOUGH DRAIN - WOULD USE THEM AGAIN - PLUS THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION!

Drain Cleaners are the best in town...... 2 other companies could not clear my sewer line - they sent me a senior tech that cleared it in 2 minutes - I would use they again and tell all my friends about Roto-Rooter!!!!!
