FABULOUS STAFF & DOCTORS. Lets face it - Vets are expensive!...Staff is very nice and caring...Can say same of Dr's as well...They don't alarm you and start running up unnecessary charges...Office hours are very good as well...Only closed on Sundays...Can't say enough about Dr. Arns and Dr. Ilia...Both are wonderful.

Gone Corporate- BAD care, just want to make money. As someone who does rescue work and has worked with many dogs and multiple vets, this is NOT a good one anymore.

We have been taking our dog there for 14 years, but once the hospital became part of Vetcor chain vets, their policies have changed. Obviously, vets are a business, but now the hospital is pursuing policies that are NOT in pets' best interests. Requiring animals to have a Bordatella booster every 6 months is absolutely absurd and unhealthy, especially in an older dog. You wouldn't continuously vaccinate your child for measles every six months would you? (the concept is the same; you don't need to boost every 6 months- this s purely to make money). Shots are the easiest and quickest ways for vets to make money. I just find that the "care" is no longer directed at your animal's best interests, but instead at putting more money into the corporation's pockets. We will NO longer be going here.
