I loved this store.

I had a wonderful experience getting my dresses from this store. Weddings can be stressful to say the least and the staff at Brides Best friends made me feel like I was part of their family. I had several bridemaids of all different shapes and sizes and before I got to the store I was worried that my best friends might feel uncomfortable in certain styles. The women who worked in the store were so familiar with my concerns and reassured me. I appreciated the personal attention, in particular from the owner, Liz who could have been my sister. They found the PERFECT dresses for my bridesmaids at competitive prices. I had the most beautiful wedding party. And I was stress-free. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
- Pros: The experienced and reassuring staff. The best selection of dresses.
- Cons: You need to make an appointment in advance

Obnoxious. Stuffy, Rude, Need I say more...

AWFUL! Rude , obnoxious, stuffy...need I say more. I can't even begin to describe the type of place this is. The help is awful and the saleswoman think they are better than there paying customers...AS IF! They book 1 appt per 1 fitting room. As they knew I was coming there with 6 girls, they gave us 1 fitting room to try on dresses..the process takes forever and they over book appts by so many people. It was like a big cluster from the moment we walked in there. Even if I found my dream dresses for everyone, I would go somewhere else to purchase them. God only know how they would react if something went wrong. Chances are they would not care after they received payments!
- Pros: Not one Pro
- Cons: Those saleswoman need to check themselves at the door.
