Stay Away, others out there that are better

I'm a GC and had a few homes hardwood floors purchased and installed by Marvin at Ames. All horrible jobs, one worse than the other. When I confronted Marvin on the deficiencies (mistakes) with the installation, he will yes to death but never show up nor returned calls. One of those people who finish the job quickly take the money and runs. There are much more admiral people in this industry in the same area (Bergen County). Ones that stand behind there work and that don't run for cover when issues arise.
