I had my countertops installed by these guys. They have a no BS attitude (excuse my French plz) so there will be no hand-holding from my experience. You have to know what kind of project you want and let them do the job. But they know how to do it well and the process went very fast which is what I needed at the time. I picked a popular color called Tan Brown so they had plenty of it but overall the slab yard is so big that you will be impressed. The price was also very reasonable and they threw in a free sink. I give them an A+ Highly recommended. Hope this helps someone.
This company has horrible customer
service.
I scheduled the template measuring. They told me they would send some one from 11am to 2 pm. The person came to my house at 6:15 PM. He told me he couldnt do the work because I did not hire a plumber to cut the water.
I called the office in Ridgefield Park and asked a sales person why they never told me I needed to hire a plumber before the template measurement. The sales person was rude, very unprofessional. I wasted a whole day at home waiting for them and the work wasnt done. Look for other contractors. This company has horrible customer service.
Nice. Highly recommended to anyone looking for new kitchen countertops. Dont waste ur time with others if your on a tight schedule as me. It only took me like 4 days from when they measured until the install which is very fast in my opinion. Reasonable pricing and large stock of materials to look at. Nicely run operation!
Honest Business. Its kind of weird to say, but I truly feel like these guys love stone, and love their jobs, at least the salesmen. You dont work with the same one each time you visit this place of business, but ive worked with like 5 different guys, and they are all so nice, kind, warm, and funny ect....and they have a wealth of information on natural stones. I can ask any question in this area, and ive asked dozens, and always received an educated response. This is what convinced me to use this company. I do not regret my decision, and I highly recommend All Granite for all your friends and family, and yourself of course, countertop needs. The turnaround time is 3 days, fair price that you can guesstimate on their website for free beforehand, and a selection that almost made me faint from too many choices, warning: it might make your head spin. So my conclusion is that if you're unsure if you should go to All Granite or Company B, do yourself a favor and visit ALL GRANITE. My only real complaint is that they did not give me a final invoice, I had to bug them for a few weeks for it, I mean how hard is it to email or fax over an invoice? But they did do it eventually, maybe it's a receptionist issue, who knows. Thank you - Mandy and her family.
A+ Service. After a few bumps along the road (my slab was misplaced but quickly found) All Granite finished strong and i'm very satisfied with the service received. The fast turnaround time and great price are attractive factors that made me choose them over the competition.
I'd shop here again.. Professional installation although the installers themselves were not very friendly. Great Customer Service at their main office. Ask for "Artur" at Ridgefield, he went the extra mile to move 12 slabs for to to find the right slab of Astoria that I wanted. The price was affordable and less than the other place I went to.
FIVE STAR SERVICE. VERY LOW PRICE BUT QUALITY PRODUCT AND CRAFTSMANSHIP. PROFESSIONALS AT WHAT THEY DO. THE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH IS DOWN TO A SCIENCE FROM WHAT I CAN SEE. I RECOMMEND ALL MY CLIENTS TO GET THEIR COUNTERTOPS FROM ALL GRANITE, GERALD HOPKINS
Love it!. I worked with the South Plainfield location so I don't know if the different locations vary in service but my money was very well spent. I used the Imperial Coffee granite for my kitchen countertop and from start to finish i am impressed. Another yard I went to includes any edge free with order but All Granite gave me a stainless steel sink for free which is just want I wanted. They have more colors to choose from than any other place I went to. The salesmen answered all of my questions but I worked with someone different every time I went there. They have a no nonsense attitude and things go by fast, so before you know it two days after the template the new countertop is installed and ready to go!
No problems and fast service. I went in expecting my job to be done fast & correctly and thats what I received. My kitchen did not have crazy turns or any very large pieces, but its a large kitchen overall and after the measurements I get the call that they are ready to install the finished pieces after 2 DAYS!! and that was just amazing, the other places quoted two weeks wait time. I gave my exact measurements I did myself for a quote and had no problems with the price, the final price was just like thirty bucks more for some extra edging. If youre expecting a large company as this to baby you every step of the way then youre expecting too much. And let me tell you this company is HUGE, took me three hours to walk the yard because there is so many stones, too many stones I tell ya...
Bait and Switch.
The headline on their website says "No surprises! Actual Price for the project!" Uh... no.
There are LOTS of hidden prices.
Here's how they get you. They give you an estimate. Then they send a template person over. They now want half of the estimate up front. OK.. fine so far.
BUT-- if you decide to go somewhere else, they keep $300 of it!
OK.. but wait... here's where it gets dicey. I came into the yard to pick out my slab. All of a sudden, they tack on another hundred bucks... because my apartment isn't on the first floor!!!
THEN... I didn't like the way they were going to do the edging, and they charged me ANOTHER hundred bucks to have it done the way it should be done.
So.. beware! The price they quote you isn't going to be the price you get.
