WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER. WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER! I used to use them all the time and for that reason, they gave me $5 off every ride. But $5 off is not even worth all the problems I've had with this service. I use them a lot and 8 out of 10 of the drivers are rude and impolite. Most times they're late and also the dispatchers are no better. They kept telling me my card was declining meanwhile I had just checked my account and there's $$ in it. Well turns out, they never changed the expiration date even after the 10th time I used the card and the driver even blamed it on my bank! How ridiculous! If you're dispatchers weren't so stupid, they'd know to change the expiration date the first time I used the new card!!! I will never use this service again. I'd rather walk!
