i cant believe i just found this store!! to start off they have a great selection of products...the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly... i was offered 30% off my products when I tried a new service at the shop. I got a manicure and pedicure which was incredible and relaxing.. another day i tried a stylist who gave me such an incredible haircut that was up to date and i loved!!!!!would definitly reccomend this salon to all!!!!!

Buyer Beware

This salon posts no prices, has no atmosphere and is basically a high priced retail shop with a hair and nail area. Complaints are ignored, appointments especially with their top female hair stylist are rarely on time and are generally 45 minutes late. If you expect a customer service oriented environment, go some place else. Expect to be overcharged. Avoid going on a Wednesday as the few people skills persons are absent. They use decent color products but so do other salons that value your business, this place does not.
