Best Thai in vicinity. I live nearer to Broadway (Astoria) than 36th Ave. There are two Thai places I have been to on Broadway but I prefer to make the trek to Arharn. I have been there several times and there was once where the food wasn't up to their usual standards but all other times, I thought the food was delicious. Took my girlfriend and a friend there and they also enjoyed the food very much. My opinion on price is I think all restaurants in Astoria are a bit pricey (I think it's due to food costs rising from their suppliers and a sign of poor economy). From another reviewer, I will remember to get the ice-cream next time :)

Tasty Thai. This place is one of the better restaurants in the area. It is a bit more pricey (but still affordable) compared to the other restaurants in the area, but the quality of the food, service, and ambience of the place make up for it. I recommend the honey banana with ice cream for dessert.

User review by tigerlily1110. We had a nice chat with the proprietor of the place and found out that he owns an ice cream factory and his company supplies ice cream to the Thai restaurants in Queens. You should try the homemade ice cream, its delicious!

The ambience of the place was quiet and nice but it could be a lot nicer. The service was warm and the owner was very chatty. It is a little pricey considering the food was just ok (except for their desserts).

good service, expensive. nice place, good service but the price is a little bit more expensive when compare with the area, location and small dishes.
