I woke up three days before my wedding day with severe pain in my shoulder and neck. After struggling through the day, I came in to see Dr. Mike to see what he could do for me on short notice. After a few tests, he was able to give me several adjustments and some advice to take care of it. By Wedding day morning the pain was almost entirely gone and I felt terrific. Dr. Mike literally saved the day for me and can't thank him enough. I also can't say enough about the entire staff at Integrated healthcare. Highly recommended!

As someone with zero experience using Physical Therapy I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with this office. The staff are friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The therapy is informative and has drastically improved the lower lumbar pain I have been dealing with. Osar has been very helpful. 5 stars!!!

Thx for the recovery process they offer me after I had a car accident. My shoulder and neck were painful, now after one month treatment, I feel much better, actually ,I'm starting enjoying the treatment, both the pt and cario. The atmosphere was always good, just feel like friends.

I recently had my first ever chiropractic adjustment from Dr. Jennifer Paul after experiencing a lower back injury from weightlifting.

Although initially unfamiliar with and skeptical of chiropractic therapy, I felt increasingly reassured during the treatment thanks to her unassuming and pertinent explanations. Most importantly, my lower back now feels renewed and tension-free, while thanks to Dr. Paul's insight I have a newfound respect and understanding of spinal health.

I would highly recommend therapy with Dr. Jennifer Paul to anyone seeking comprehensive, caring treatment and a confident return to an active lifestyle.

I currently go to Hoboken Integrated Healthcare for treatment for my hand, wrist and also chiropractic care. Since starting treatment with Dr. Osar I am actually finally seeing improvement and also relief of serious pain I was having. Dr. Paul has helped tremendously with the pain in my neck by giving me regular adjustments. The staff makes me feel so welcome when I walk through the front door. I have already recommended some friends and family and would definitely recommend more! Thank you so much for your services!

Hi, My Name is Maria. I just want to let you know about one of the best Wellness places on earth. Its great for Chiro and Physical Therapy, your mind, body and soul. This is the way I feel about Hoboken Integrated -- Dr. Paul -- shes my A plus chiropractor and then there is Osar - he too is a plus, and well the staff, there are the frosting on the cake. Briefly, Dr. Paul knows her stuff inside and out and takes the time to explain it to you. I was skeptical about chiropractic - this is not my first experience - but Dr. Paul makes me feel very reassured about my care plan and I trust her completely. It would take another five or six pages or more to write how well I was feeling after just one session with Dr. Paul, that is Dr. JENNIFER PAUL. My physical therapist, that is OSAR, is tremendous as well. They have both, and the staff that is BRITTANY, JENNIFER, ADRIANA, AND STEPHANIE - are an asset to this office. I have several more treatments to go before I am back to full range of motion, and have no doubt whatsover, that by spring I will be sprinting along. I have not felt well in such a while, and I look forward to coming to each and every chiro and pt session. So this is my e-mail and I will be more than happy to chat with anyone who wants to about my chiro and pt sessions with my doctors -- Dr. Paul and OSAR. Don't understand how anyone could have a bad experience here....

Dr. Paul gave me very 1st adjustment ever and it was such a great experience! The staff is AWESOME and Super Friendly!

Would definitely recommend my Friends & Family!

Looking forward to meeting Virginia Kelly for my first Acupuncture session next week!

I first came to HIHC because I had severe pains in my lower back, I felt like I couldn't even standup straight. It hurt so bad! My sister recommended I visit this office and boy am I glad she did!

Dr. Paul gave me a full evaluation and explained to me what the problem was so I could understand why I was in so much pain. I started seeing her regularly for adjustments and I never felt better!

When you come into Hoboken Integrated's office you feel truly taken care of. The doctor really takes the time to get to know and understand you. I came to Dr. Canova's with multiple conditions and he skillfully and sensitively continues to deal with them all.

I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Canova because

1: I felt major improvement within the first few visits

2: He has broken through my tendencies to tense up and resist adjustments and

3: He has an incredible personality, you can't help but to smile when you see him.
