Worst Spa in Bergen County. Terrible experience. Like other reviewers here and elsewhere, I was treated very poorly when I mentioned that I'd wanted to redeem a Groupon. Here is my email to Groupon, which I believe says it all:

"I've tried several times to book this appointment and every time I mentioned it was a Groupon I was told that, no matter what time/day I requested, that there was no one available to fulfill the service. Today, I went online to see if I could book the appointment directly, and I saw that there were several appointments available. When I called - which I'm required to do as a Groupon holder - I was told they had no appointments available. I told the woman on the phone that I was looking at the available times online, and she said that I was looking at incorrect information. I asked her to get online with me to ensure that I was looking at the right schedule, or simply just to say that the spa's website was not correct/out of date. She refused to do either, kept telling me that there were no appointments available (I saw FIVE appointments available) and then she said she was "done with the conversation" and hung up on me. I called several times before she answered the phone again, I asked her for her name which she refused to give me, though she did claim she was the owner. Again she told me that I was looking incorrectly at the website (I have a print out now, just in case you require it), and then told me just to go to "Groupon and get your money back". And with that, she hung up on me... AGAIN. At the very least I'm expecting a full and prompt refund from Groupon, but in addition someone from your organization needs to have a conversation with this woman about what "customer service" really means. If the spa doesn't want to service people with groupons or other discounts, then they simply should not offer them. I'll just end by saying it was very, very far from the "ZENza Spa" experience described in your Groupon."
