TOTALLY PRO'D OUT! =). Team was helpful and professional. They did a fantastic job
positive!!!!!!!!!!!. Muhammed is a totally positive Rep. for the business, its a pleasure visiting the shop and the quality of his work is superb!!
great. New Yorkers spend a lot of time on their shoes. Reheel, resole, revitalise without spending a lot of money on them. Andrade has been a neighborhood fave for years for good reason.
5 stars. This is a 5 star shop. I have come here for many years and will continue to do so
great stuff!. I had heard great things about this shop so I decided to bring my boots in for new heels. The rave reviews were well deserved, as one of the two pairs of boots I brought in was ready that same day. Their prices are great and the work they do is thorough.
my favorite boots are new again!. I dropped my favorite pair of every day boots off at 11 on my way in to work, and one employee listened patiently as I pointed out all the things that needed to be fixed (loose stitching around both uppers, heel replacement to both, patch needed on the right toe). I was charged $20 upfront and quoted $50 total - not the cheapest I guess, but the boots were in rough shape and this was about a quarter of what I paid for them in the first place, so certainly not unreasonable. I was told to stop back at 6 to pick them up, and when I did, I was presented with my favorite boots, in like-new condition. Not only was everything that I wanted fixed done, and done well, but the boots had been thoroughly cleaned, conditioned, and polished as well! The guy who fixed my boots then recommended some product to keep the leather clean and conditioned. Great quality work, friendly employees, overall good experience. Yes, they only take cash, yes, you're required to put some money down, and no, it's ... off at 11 on my way in to work, and one employee listened patiently as I pointed out all the things that needed to be fixed (loose stitching around both uppers, heel replacement to both, patch needed on the right toe). They've definitely earned my future business!
Fantastic job. Mohammed and team, were helpful and professional. They did a fantastic job.
Very good work. I wear out my shoes soo quickly with all the running around town I do, and there's nothing tackier than a beat up pair of pumps of heels that go tap-tap all over the city sidewalks because the rubber tips have fallen off. That's why it's important to find a shoe repair that does quality work, on a fast turnaround. The greatest disappointment a girl can face is a poorly done job on your go-to shoes. Andrade did an excellent job on three pairs for me. Fixed heels that were acutally peeling from being too worn down. Replaced some soles to make them look brand new - can't even see the seam. Very good work. It set me back $70 though ... I guess that's what quality goes for.
