Terrible Customer Service. BUYER BEWARE: While they are friendly and helpful when you are buying the furniture, don't expect any help after it arrives. Some of the furniture I bought wasn't working. Their manager was rude and stressed when I called and told me that they wouldn't take anything back without a huge penalty and that I should resell it myself. They are committed to helping you as long as you are dropping money into their store, but once they make the sale and they collect their commission, they are rude and unfriendly. Only buy from here if you are absolutely sure that the piece will work. They also have high turn over, so don't expect your original sales person to sill be employed there when your furniture arrives (I had two sales people leave from the time I purchased until the time the furniture arrived).
