Chef Nick Curtin likes the Murray Darling Finishing Salt and Iburi Jio Cherry Smoked Salt, which adds a really nice delicate salinity and beautiful smoke.
The lemon infused salt and vanilla infused salts are my favorite. As are the caramels by the register. Their flower selection is pretty spectacular as well- a nice complement to the store's theme.
Dolfin chocolat au hot masala. So good & haven't been able to find anywhere else in NYC.
