Went and saw a show there last night. The show was great! Unfortunately..... all was ruined about how I felt about this club because the bartenders are not only the most rude and obnoxious people I have every dealt with but they also attempted to not only try to charge me for a gratuity I DID NOT AGREE TO or was told about prior to me giving my card to open a tab, but then they tried to keep my Credit Card as well as my Driver’s License.

They were under the wrong impression that I didn’t know what was happening and tried to continually tell me they gave it back to me. With cleaver persuading, let’s just say my Credit Card and License magically appeared and were swiftly returned to me. However, when the bouncer came by to find out what the commotion was about his aggressive manners towards me quickly changed to empathy when he heard why I was upset. It was clear to me that this was not the first time he had heard of something similar that these scumbag wannabe punk bartenders do.

Today, I went into my credit card account to find that not only did they charge me the gratuity I crossed out before signing my check but they also double charged me. So their ethics and manners and stupidity have been proven. So obviously they have done this before and who knows how many other people they have ripped off. This is a club that also caters to All Ages shows. Kids who do not have enough experience to know how people can rip them off. It makes me wonder how many kids they have FORCED charged this 20% gratuity as well as doing to them what they did to me.

OH and BTW……. They were serving alcohol to many of these underage kids without any asking for ID. So, if I were to guess….. I would say they take advantage of the underage kids being intoxicated while ripping them off. Again…just a guess.

I am a very reasonable person who would be more than happy to not only tip but tip generously. But the service and attitude served was not up to par for a 20% gratuity. My advice to anyone that ventures to this place is that don’t expect your bartenders to have an OZ of class. And by all means be very aware of their ability to rip you off. They all have a good act down when you call them out on their BS, like they have no idea what you are referring to.

Terrible service - great music. Great music but the service and attitude from the people working there is horrible.
