Excellent hotel on a budget. My husband and I travel to Madison Square Garden every year for the Big East Basketball Tournament. We're never in our rooms so need no amenities. Hotels nearer the Garden are over-priced and dirty. This Comfort Inn is a short walk away and was perfect. We used our AAA discount to get a very good rate. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was ready early in the morning of our arrival so the staff let us check in early. The room was small, but large enough for a small table and 2 chairs. It was fairly quiet, too. The heat was very low, but we kept the room darkening shades closed to keep out cold air from outside. The weather outside was 50 degrees; if it had been a cold snap, the room may have been uncomfortably cold. As with all Comfort Inns, breakfast was included, which helps with the budget, too. We found the location great for our travels, too, with its close proximity to subway stops. I recommend this hotel highly if you're looking for a good quality bargain.

What a find!!!. I was truly amazed at the quality and location of the Comfort Inn Manhattan. The location is perfect with great restaurants across the street!! The Playwright restaurant is right across the street and has excellent specials. The room is large with a refridgerator and microwave. The hotel's interior is a treasure and kept up quite well considering the building is 100 years old. Location is quiet and the staff is extremely professional. Enjoy!!

a non smoking hotel 24/7. It is not possible to stop saying enough GOOD THINGS about The Comfort Inn Hotel in New York. What a fantastic find! A small, boutique style hotel, the only non-smoking hotel in all of New York City, it lives up to everything you see on its website and more. The rooms are of the highest quality, generously sized with outstanding appointments. We were given complimentary breakfast and our rooms had free cable television. The valley parking facility was an added touch to the finest treatment one can expect at comfortable and affordable prices.
