Cheap, fast, and pretty tasty. I went here for the first time today and I have to say I was very impressed with how quickly I got my food. I was probably in there for less than 5 minutes. And the lunch specials are so cheap for the Midtown area! $5 (plus tax) got me more sesame chicken and white rice than I could eat, plus a can of soda. It doesn't get much better than that. I found the food to be pretty tasty - the sauce on the sesame chicken was sweet and the rice didn't taste like water (unlike some other places). I will definitely go back.
