found Pandora in nyc

I was looking for a Pandora charm for my mother and found out that Diamonds and dials is selling it. I had never been in the store before. The Pandora display was in the back and they had a large selection of charms. I found the one I wanted and the girl was very nice behind the counter. She showed me an apple charm to symbolize New York. I didn’t get it but saw a nice pair of earrings on the other side of the store. They were beautiful and really reasonable.

My mom loved the charm and my girl friend loved the earrings. Great place to shop because they have everything there. Watches also.

Trying to find the store was a little difficult because of the scaffolding around it but it is across from Macy’s closer to 6th avenue.

Highly recommended.

They are very rude.

I went into this store once and was looking around. There was a small chain in there I like and wanted to buy it for my wife. I ask one of the sales guys in there to show me the chain. I took a look at the chain and when I heard the price I decided to shop around to see if I could get something nicer that may be more resonable. The man got so upset at me and said that why should I make him go take the chain out if I knew I was not going to purchase it. To me he was very rude and aggressive. This is not the only bad experience I had at that store. To me I think they are very rude and perjudice.

SO HAPPY

I went to Macy’s to get my bracelet fixed because I bought it from them. They told me to go across the street to Diamonds & Dials. It was so cheap and they were able to do it the same day! When I came back to pick it up, the bracelet looked brand new! Before I left they convinced me to look at some earrings. I found a pair of beautiful diamond earrings right in my price range. Every time I wear them I get so many compliments.

you can do better in NYC with regards to purchasing jewelry

I stopped by Diamonds and Dials to browse at the jewelry. I have a special anniversary coming up at the end of the year but I wasnt a serious buyer. I felt that the staff people at this venue were aggressive. I fell for it and started a layway for a ring.

When I had questions about the layaway I phoned the store. I felt that the man on the phone was condescending to me. The man kept referring to me as "Sweetheart" while I was asking questions.

Earlier today I went back to the store to stop the layway. I had figured I wouild get my down payment back. They informed me that I coujldnt get my downpayment back and that it was their rule.

I felt funny after making the layway because the salesgirl didnt offer any sort of protection plan in case the ring lost a diamond, broke, etc. I also think it would be courteous of the store to let customers know what the terms of a purchase involve. I would not go back to this venue.

Crooks

I took my watch here for a new battery. The watch was a gift from my wife, a Bulova. This was the first time the watch was ever to be opened from when it was new which was about 2 years. I hardly wore the watch at all because it is a really nice watch so I used it only for special occasions. I entered the store and gave the watch to the man behind the counter on my right. Then as he was taking off the back I stared looking around. After a while I heard him call me over. He already had a battery tester out and was ready to show me that the battery that they were installing was good and that the watch wasn't responding so the watch must be broken. It was as if he had done this routine a thousand times before. He said that if I left it with the store they could provide me with an estimate in a few days. That was only the beginning of this nightmare with these jerks. In the end, like two or three weeks later I finally got my watch back but didn't give them permission to fix it because I know they were ripping me off. So now I'm sending it in to the Bulova company and waiting to hear back so I can hear how the guys at DIAMONDS AND DIALS damaged my brand new watch. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE, THEY ARE DISHONEST CROOKS WHO DESERVE TO GO TO JAIL.
