Find it for cheap at Trumart. Need discount fabric and it's after 5pm or the weekend? Where ya gonna go in Manhattan? Trumart is still across from FIT and was accommodating and discounted. They searched the basement and over and under the stacks in an attempt to match my swatch....and they did! With good attitude! I'm watching all my favorite little shops closing one by one...this is thankfully hanging-in there and not becoming a Starbucks.

Trumart Rocks. If you havent been there recently then check it out. Not only did they clean up alot and now there is room they got much more fabric and the service is great. The cute old man behind the register is so funny!! David the manager is so smooth with the material and he knows so much about fabric. Their prices beat any other store in the city

plenty to choose from, if you can find it. I have been here a couple of times and the guy who helped me was really friendly. My only complaint is that the location is TOO SMALL. Seriously, you will trip over the reams of fabric because they have more fabric than space. Everything is so on top of one another that I can't browse like I want to. Other than the 2 people who work there, maybe 2 or 3 more people can fit comfortably in there, but they can't stand near each other. But the salesman helps you if you need some recommendations and he's been pretty good.

Disappointed Do NOT recommend. Called the store and no one answered. The second time I called the employee was rude, unhelpful, and hung up without providing any value. There are certainly better fabric stores in the city and I do not expect this business with their unfriednly staff to remain in business much longer. They need to change or close.
