A night to remember!

Cheers! We just got married last weekend. It was perfect. The night was magical and fun. Everyone loved the loft and had a blast!

The weather was unbeleiveable for March too. We were all outside for cocktails enjoyong the views and spring weather. I never would have believed this would the case in March.

We used all of the vendors that were recommended by the loft they were awesome. Thanks Jason for keeping everyone dancing! Thanks Relish the food was great!. Thank you Team Studio 450

They must have been at the wrong place!!!

My daughter was just married here this past weekend. I was appalled to read the posted reviews! We had 200 people for a black tie Wedding reception and it was wonderful. The comments about catering issues have nothing to do with the venue! Each customer brings in their own caterer. You book the space, and then you book whoever you prefer for food, flowers, music, etc. Studio 450 was clean, and flexible with our vendors. Wonderful event!

From Heaven to Hell...

We organized our wedding here...We liked the venue, but once they got our money, it was a really complicated. They weren't friendly anymore. They are unprofessional, not organized (have a look at their office...), it took so much time and effort to work with them and additional time to get our security deposit back... the contract is one page only which doesn't cover everything. If you want to take risks, go for it, but if you visit other venues you will see that you can find places more reliable than this place.

Terrible Catering service!!!

Well, It was first time to visit this location. It has very nice view and good place for small party. It seems cheaper than other venues in Manhattan.

However, there are several issue that I don't recommend this place. First of all, there is only one elevator which is so slow that people wait so long. Even, there is one regular entrance and no one opened gate even if people rang the bell so many times.

They provides terrible catering service. I mean I never seen waiter and waitress ate by the time guests eat or wait. It looks very unprofessional service, even they didn't serve food to photographers and videographer who worked all day and didn't have any chance to eat during a day. Instead of serving them, I seen some other workers ate steak or main dish in empty room or behind kitchen. I've been to many places for party, I never seen those waiter/waitress work very unprofessional way.

Even I seen one waiter ran with steak and other waiter tried to catch him to take his food.

It looks so ugly and unprofessional.

I asked photographers if they ate dinner. They said no, no one gave them food. In my opinion, it's matters to feed them because they work all day.

This place might look good at first sight, but so terrible catering service and unprofessional workers that I would't recommend anyone.

Best place for a party!!!!

It is gorgeous has a view over the hudson river, very big love that its a penthouse with that optional indoor outdoor availability. Got to fall in love with incredible views of the city. It is facing the Husdon river right ahead of it and even the new yorker sign not to far off!!! I loved it, it has huge windows surrounding the entire loft and is completely white, white walls and white floors and beautiful chandeliers all throughout. Its the ultimate space.
