I hate to review this bar. because more people will go here, and I love it the way it is: not crowded with scenemakers, yuppies, or idiots, a live-and-let-live place with great music, good pints and a pinball machine (so rare in Manhattan these days). I wish they would repair the machine, since it tends to break down for no reason in the middle of games.

I (heart) Motor City. Excellent music, a totally decent crowd, and yuppies seem too afraid to go in there. What more could you ask for?!

What up D-Town.
You've got to love the atmosphere of this hole in the wall. Great bartenders, great crowd, great music and on top of that you can order an ice cold Labatt Blue bottle. As a Detroit native, I suggest this place to anyone who loves an industrial atmosphere second to none.
