Best Luggage Store. shop around elsewhere or save your energy & go straight to Altmans. I found exactly the small rolling suitcase I was looking for at a great price (1/4 less than stores uptown/ soho)

+ great service from Emmett (salesman)- he even fixed my old back pack at no cost.- will be back for more.

Can't deliver a complete order.. They never delivered a complete order......... We ordered a large 29" Delsey and a small carry-on Delsey piece. It was delivered to the apartment that I was moving out of. The luggage came new and looked great, but the 29" was missing the zip-in suiter. While this is not a huge component of any luggage, in this case it was the reason we went with this piece instead of another. I wasn't upset bc we didn't need it at the moment, but I did call immediately to let them know the mistake and ask that the missing piece be shipped to a different address (the billing address) since I would no longer be at the shipping address.

...One month later, still didn't have it. They said it was on back-order and it would come a few days later to the billing address (remember, sihpping address no longer valid).

...Another month goes by, nothing. They said they sent it to the shipping address and wondered why I never received it. I reminded them that the shipping address is no longer valid, please send to billing address. "Ok."

...Another month goes by, nothing. They kept me on hold "trying to get in touch with Delsey," said they'd call me back with an answer later that day, never heard back. I decided to open a dispute with the credit card company we purchased the luggage on. The credit card company processed a temporary refund until we received the whole order.

...Another month goes by, nothing. Altman now says they will not send me anything because a refund has been issed. I explained that is a temporary refund from our dispute to the credit card company due to Altman's lack of fulfilling the order, and will be reversed once we get what we ordered. He says he will not fulfill an order that has not been paid for........ Seriously?! He further says they are waiting on me to return the luggage since I were given a refund. (What? I didn't want to return.. I just want my zip-in suiter!) I confirmed--- return the luggage that has already been used several times at this point? "Yes." Really? "Yes."

I'll take my refund and head over to Macy's where I can get the same piece of luggage... the WHOLE piece.

This Place has it all!. My friend told me to come here and get some Luggage and things before my trip to L.A. I came here thinking it was going to be a lot of money, but I was shocked. The prices are very reasonable and the service was fast and they helped me pick out a luggage that was suitable for me. I also got myself a custom pen that looks awesome and its right next to me as I speak.. 100% is what I give this place.

Reasonably Priced Luggage. Had to pick up some luggage for a trip. Heard this place was solid and had good prices. Got several pieces and will be going back in a few weeks to pick up some more.

Check Altman Luggage out. If you need a place to buy Luggage before a trip or looking for different types of Luggage, Bags or any travel accessories, then swing on by and check them out. They have a large variety of great selections.

Wonderfully patient staff. Me: in search of the perfect rolling case... Them: Pulls out, unzips, opens up every one of about 2 dozen cases until I find the perfect case. Need i say more??
