Best place for a haircut. I've been going there for years (at least 8) and I still think it's the best place ever - I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else. Although the prices are a bit higher than what you see as cheap around the Chinatown area, it is worth it. All the stylists are very experienced but just make sure you don't wind up with the new guys (they're usually the younger looking ones, around mid-20's). Make sure you make an appointment though, the place is always packed no matter what time of day it is!

User review by hkqueen. I have tried Top One and love what I got at the end. The staffs are friend and my stylist knows his trade. Not to mention the price I had to paid, it was a great deal.

Worse Hairstylist I have ever met!. i will not recommend everyone to go here for a hair-cut. i have the worse experience here. he did terrible terrible job to my hair, so i went back there afer the second day and i politely asked the same hairstylist to fix my hair, but he ignored me and wanted to charge me for another $25. Overall, it just BAD.
