Honest Mechanic

....honest mechanic is not an oxymoron at Ludlow Garage. Jerome and his team are great. They work with you and their prices are fair and their service is superb! Receptionist is only problem in terms of service (bearable, but c'mon! Everything else is so good!!!).

Have had my car fixed there several times... each time have been impressed by service, communication, courteousness and quality work. Highly recommend

Ludlow Garage was terrific!

I want to thank Jerome for correctly diagnosing and solving a problem with my Saab. Two other mechanics were unable to get it right and after listening to my experience, he was able to retime my timing belt and have my car running smoothly.
My entire experience at Ludlow was exemplary. After the repair, Jerome walked me through the work that was done and what was done incorrectly in the past. He even printed diagrams to illustrate the work that was completed.
After a couple of aggravating months with another mechanic and a Saab dealer, this was a welcome surprise.
Thanks for the work and professionalism!
