Extremely Slow Service and Mixed-up Orders - Very Unprofessional. My friends and I went in to get drinks and hoping to relax. The two employees making the drinks were extremely slow and were chatting and goofing around a lot, even though there were a few people waiting for their order. At one point, there were 9 people waiting around, as they were slowly figuring out who makes which drink. Not only that, in the time that we were waiting for our drinks, they had twice messed up on orders and had to give a free drink away. Meanwhile, there were some of us still waiting for ours. It took nearly 20 minutes before my friend and I got our two drinks, and my friend's drink was in the wrong size. This was the first time I've ever had to wait this long at Starbucks. We also noticed that nowhere was the manager to be found as this whole fiasco was going on. I understand that it's a Friday night and they're probably college kids and not taking this summer job too seriously, but at least have some decency in looking and acting semi-professional.

Its Starbucks. Service is extremely fast esp. since its always packed. The WIFI is cool and no one makes a better mocha cappaucino. But its Starbucks so its on the xpensive side for coffee but what you expect.
