Best Coffee in the City!. Though the employees may not bow and kiss your feet, this place is not to be missed! The coffee, whether in bluk or drip, is the cheapest, freshest, smoothest in the city. You are not charged the usual extra costs for fair trade, organic, shade grown, or bird friendly. Plus, where else in the city can you get such high quality coffee for 90cents!? I think the staff is just sick of annoying EVillagers with dogs and umbrellas, not knowing what they want, in the way, and not tipping. They do the best with what they can (including always great music on!) in a small and crowded store. And they have gift certificates!

Bad Service. With a zillion competitors in the city, there is no reason to go to this store. The staff was not just rude on my visit, but equipped with customer service skills that were, frankly, bizarre. I was polite, quick to answer and ready with my money. In return, I got nasty service from three very uncouth girls working the counter. Strange stuff ... All I wanted was some coffee. Serious! Never going back.

The Smug Staff !!. The staff is too cool for school. They are inattentive, unhelpful, rude and smug. When you need help their having conversations amongst themselves. They did not acknowledge my existence and were condecending when I asked questions about the coffee and the grind types. No really a good way to run a business..
