“I've always found the salespeople friendly.”
“This place has really good quality vintage clothes, none of those cheap shirts from the 80s that are falling apart.”
Unfair manager!. I called to see if I could exchange boots that I haven't worn w/in the 2 week return policy because they are too high and hurt my feet. The manager kept interrupting me, said he does exchanges for "some people but won't do it this time", asked why I waited so long (even though I called w/in the 2 week return time) and then hung up on me. Unfair! This is a business and customers should be treated according to store policy not according to someone's whim.
Affordable vintage finds perfect for the indie-rock crowd..
In Short
With bird's-egg blue walls almost entirely obscured by '70s rock concert tees and graffiti designs, it's easy to write off this shop as a Hot Topic for wannabe hipsters. That would be wrong. In addition to those reprinted numbers by Obey, Uzi, Harajuku Lovers and others, the store stocks an incredible selection of secondhand vintage looks from plaid button-downs to tracksuits to dresses that range in style from "Working Girl" to Holly Hobby.
Hits: For the quality and cool quotient, the prices on most pieces are extremely reasonable.
Misses: With so much rock paraphernalia and fliers at the door, the staff seems to have forgotten that they work in customer service and are not just killing time before a show.
cloth of kings. One of the better spots for vintage cords. I've always found the salespeople friendly.
