Cashier at the 2nd Ave location was extremely rude and unhelpful. Receipt showed food was overcharged but when I called, cashier refused to let me speak to manager and spoke in a very rude tone. Would never order from this place again.

This is the Burritoville I go to the most often. I like the atmosphere inside--it's cozy. My favorite burrito is the BBQ Tempeh wrap. It is amazing. It's not on the regular menu, but is usually a special. The other vegetarian burritos are good as well. If you are vegan, make sure you tell them not to put sour cream on your burrito, because some of them come with it automatically and you have to ask for the tofu sour cream instead or ask for none at all. They always have free chips, salsa and water to snack on while you wait for your order, and their flavored lemonade is excellent.

I first ate at Burritoville over 8 years ago and have been coming back religiously ever since. The service has always been good and I've rarely ever been disappointed with the food. Great selection for any variety of tastes and moods. Lots of free options for customizing burritos. Free chips and salsa when eating in. Filling, fresh and delicious food, daily/weekly specials, and I don't think anything on the menu is over $8.
