Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. We ordered pick-up from moonstruck (I live about a block away) and they told us it would be about 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, we walked over (in the POURING rain). We asked for our order, and the guy, a little short hispanic guy with glasses, looked bewildered. He obviously seemed worried or stressed, so we asked if they forgot the order. If so, it's not a huge deal, we'd just come back in another 25 minutes... BUT HE DIDN'T ANSWER OUR QUESTION. For about 20 more minutes my friend and I are sitting at the counter, trying to get so much as a RESPONSE, even a mere acknowedgement of our existence!! If he's deaf, my sincere apologies to the deaf community but we were YELLING to get his attention eventually. At a certain point I wanted to pinch myself, because the guy would NOT EVEN SAY A WORD TO US..... we end up sitting there for 45 minutes, with no indication of how long it would take or what the status of our food was. Finally we get our bag, and get the hell out of there. Of course, when we get home, there's two dishes missing and one was incorrect.

I didn't know this level of human incompetence existed... never going back to moonstruck ever, ever again.

a nice lil spot. If this is the diner I think it is, it's a really cool place that's open 24/7. Their hot cocoa was on point and the hamburgers are awesome! Great atmosphere and great prices...what more could you ask for?
