Poor delivery...Great food

I ordered from here on a very cold (and I'm assuming) busy night. The food took about an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was cold, which made the bun and fries soggy.

I reheated the fries and burger and they were both AMAZING. I'll probably order from them again to see if the poor delivery was a fluke.

Best Sweet Potato Fries

I havent been to this particular Silver Spurs in a few years however I was just at the one on Laguardia place. So, this review is about that particular location.

Great Sweet Potato Fries!! Milk Shakes are pretty good as well. (get the extra thick, its worth the extra buck). Service leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend the Burgers as they're tasteless. But I would go stop off just for the fries.

Good place for an inexpensive dinner

The best thing about this place, I would say, is the enormous menu, which is always a nice thing for a restaurant to have. I had a hard time deciding what to get because so many of the burgers and sandwiches sounded so interesting. The sandwich I ended up getting included turkey, bacon, and avacado, and it was indeed very good. I'd certainly like to go back to try some other things. My only complaints are that the service was mediocre and the Texan dialect on the menu got a little annoying after a while. Other than that, it's definitely a restaurant worth checking out.

• Cons: Service isn't great

I personally think that this place is fantastic..There burgers are unbelievable along with their other wraps and sandwhiches..they have a real cool menu..you will not find a place like this in the village ever..it has a really great atmosphere and to top it all off they have the best looking girls working in the placee

Consistently bad food, consistently awful service

I've had enough bad experiences with this place that I'm finally compelled to write a review. We order a lot from this place at work through a food ordering service called Osmio because it has a pretty big menu that has something to satisfy everyone. Every single time, no matter what time we place an order (afternoon or night), it is ALWAYS delivered wrong. There's always something missing, something we didn't order in place of something we did order, sodas missing, french fries missing, buns in place of pitas (which the kicker is, you have to pay EXTRA to get your burger on a pita so they wind up making money off of you), the pickles are mushy and rotton, and my chicken soup I ordered today was chock full of chicken bones and cartiledge. Gross! The food is always cold when it's supposed to be hot. And when you call them up to dispute the order and have them correct it, they have the nerve to argue with you on the phone! And quite frankly, I don't know why people are raving about their burgers... they're not any bigger or juicier then any other regular old diner. C'mon people... they're just frozen patties thrown on a grill! You can make way better burgers on your own grill or frying pan even!
