This quaint Thai Cuisine restaurant has won me over. I had the Chicken with peanut sauce dip for my appetizer. It was so delicious that I did what I normally would never do as I like my appetizer and meal to be different. However, the Chicken with peanut sauce was so delicious that I ordered Chicken with rice requesting the peanut sauce on the side. It was a scrumptious delight - in fact - I think it's time to head back to Montien.

I went to this restaurant based on the reviews I read and I was highly impressed. The food is excellent!! I haven't found many spots in NYC where I go crazy over the food but this place happens to be one of them. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. I will definitely return to this spot.

walking past this place it always seems to be quite empty, but since i live just around the corner i decided to try it and i'm glad i did! the food is quite good (especially the pad sea-yew), and its never hard to get a table.
