Editorial Review for La Paella – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
This Spanish standby is a festive (and inexpensive) spot to feast with friends. While couples mob the diminutive ground-level dining room, groups are dispatched to the long tables in the candlelit den below. The eponymous paellas--five different varieties--are the main draw, with the couple dozen tapas, ceviches, sangria tying for second. The Spanish wine list includes a nice selection of Riojas.

Great ambiance, i was there for dinner on a week night, no reservation needed at all. The service was very nice too... i had one of the paella, and it's the best one that i've had so far. Great experience in general, i'll definitely go back
Pros: paella,service

This restaurant is great, i don't know what the reviewer below is talking about but he must have been in another place thinking it was la paella, the sangria is not watery and i would say it's pretty strong, they don't put ice in it like in many other spanish places, the shrimp and garlic plain?? humm.. and the paella too?? well taste and colours can't be argued but in this case, you must be tasteless to say that!! anyway the food in general is tastefull and the paella is a must to have as well as the sangria. i have been going there for few years now and i never been let down.
Pros: paella, sangria, tapas, ambience
Cons: the tasteless guy below!
