This restaurant is extremely recommemded! I beleve that Souen Soho is the best Macrobiotic restaurant. Their Yuba, Mu 16 Tea, Home-made Seitan and Macro Plate were amazing!! I've explored many health food restaurants and I feel Souen soho's food is very tasty, clean, healthy and the price is reasonable for the quality of food.

There are so few restaurants here for lunch and this restaurant fares fairly well. The sushi is really good as is the miso cod. The prices aren't cheap, but not horrible either.

took forever to have them understand what I want to order. waitress just bring the food and they never come back. The owner of the restaurant didn't seem care what customer need. waitress who took the order suddenly gone. then took forever to get drink. it was very unpleasant experience. I will never go back there again.
