Best Organic Macrobiotic Restaurant!. This restaurant is extremely recommemded! I beleve that Souen Soho is the best Macrobiotic restaurant. Their Yuba, Mu 16 Tea, Home-made Seitan and Macro Plate were amazing!! I've explored many health food restaurants and I feel Souen soho's food is very tasty, clean, healthy and the price is reasonable for the quality of food.

rude staff. they don't come back after bring the food. get your own napkin. took forever to have them understand what I want to order. waitress just bring the food and they never come back. The owner of the restaurant didn't seem care what customer need. waitress who took the order suddenly gone. then took forever to get drink. it was very unpleasant experience. I will never go back there again.

weekly ritual. My friend Sue and I meet at Souen once a week for clean, tasty and high energy meals. The staff is very polite, the seating is nice and open and the price is very reasonable. I can't get away from ordering the stuffed smoked tofu pita! it's amazing! I think this is the best health food restaurant in the city. No grease here!
