Delicious Pan-Asian Cuisine. Recently I went to party catered by Saffron59, and the food was amazing! My favorite dishes were noodles, mango lassis, spicy Indian chicken, and sticky black rice with mango. The waitstaff was helpful and friendly as well. Definitely recommended!

Delightful in Every Way!.
We recently worked with Saffron 59 to cater a Golden Globes cocktail party, and were very happy with the turn out. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and very tentative, but the food was delicious! (I highly recommend the pumpkin ravioli!!)
The delicious smells of on site cooking, food display, serving staff and mouth-watering foods, all made this an easy and stress free catering experience. I really feel as if they went above and beyond and I’m looking forward to working with them again! Thank you Saffron 59.

Catering that we always count on. Saffron 59 always provides exquisite Asian fusion menus at our events. Since the cause of our organization is Cambodian children, we like to spin our events with an Asian touch. Their staff highlights this element with their neat attire and professional services. Our guests always leave the evening with very positive comments about the food and service.

Stellar, One-Stop Event Planning. After working with Saffron 59 to help plan my sister's stunning wedding, I went straight back to Irene and her amazing team when I got engaged. I knew to trust them implicitly for their exquisite taste and efficient execution. Throughout the planning process, Irene and Saffron 59 were open, informed and inspired. Most importantly, on the day of the wedding, they created a romantic, transporting space and took care of every little logistical detail, allowing bride, groom and guests to simply enjoy and celebrate.

Hire them for a great party!. They provided a memorable birthday party for my niece first birthday! Sumptuous BBQ and hors d'oeuvre to die for prepared and served by a wonderful staff! Fresh vegetable, fish and assortment of meat that everyone from young and old alike were prepared with much attention to detail. The most elegant table setting for the guests!

Absolutely horrible.
We used Saffron 59 for our wedding and they ruined it. The food they let us sample during the tasting was good but when time came for the actual wedding, Irene was no where to be found. She had a more important event to attend. It was so shady. The result was, we got a third rate chef and the food was absolutely disgusting. So many of our guests were disappointed.
We tried to reach out to them to air our grievances, but they were not receptive at all. Don't use them, they are horrible!!! If you want your important event to go off without a hitch, go with another caterer. Saffron sucks.

Is this a scam? Irene is always at wedding events, even fly back from family affairs..otherwise we'll not be in the business for over twelve years..Someone is always here at the office, we reply emails and phone messages within 24 hrs.

Keep looking if you want to save your event.
They ruined my wedding and took no responsibility for it. They did what I asked them not to do and then ignored all the requests I did make, simple things that should have been done were lacking such as champaign toast when we made our speech.
If you want to remember your event in a positive way then hire someone else and if you want your special day to feel like a black hole in your heart the Saffron 59 all the way.

Great for Weddings. We used Saffron59 to cater our NYC wedding. They were wonderful. The food presentation was exquisite and tasted great. I can't recommend them highly enough!
