Come drink amongst the doors of Ireland at Paddy McGuire's and have a real Imperial 20 oz. pint of Guinness, the largest pint below 20th
Street. With original doors from Ireland from the 1960s and white lights that adorn the ceiling, everyone will tell you that Paddy's is one of Grammercy's best.
Paddy McGuire's offers 16 beers on tap including We have a full bar and 16 beers on tap: Guinness, Harp, Murphy's Stout, Murphy's Irish Amber, Castle Brown Ale, John Courage, to name a few. Additionally, three TVs are available showing every major sporting event from football to beach volleyball. …
an ACTUAL Irish Pub. the title of this review speaks for itself. you've got to love a pub that actually has some Ireland behind it
A neighborhood pub rich in trademark Irish touches..
Decorated with an astonishing number of white and green mini-Christmas tree lights and genuine Irish doors, Paddy McGuire's is a theme park for Irish drinking. While primarily a neighborhood pub, Paddy's attracts large numbers of students and fans of Emerald Isle kitsch.
The staff hail from all over England, Ireland and Hell's Kitchen. Pints are imperial (20 ounces), the TVs above the bar are always turned to a sports program. There's also a pool table and darts. As with any Irish bar worth its green poster-board shamrock cutouts, Paddy's has Guinness on tap, but it rounds out the selection with 15 beers from places as exotic as the Czech Republic and Golden, Colorado.
A+++++. Nice, cozy, friendly place. Good bartenders. Owner is handsome, witty & charming!
Texas friendly. Paddy's isn't fancy, but a great place to hang with friends! The place is friendly and down to earth. Shawn and Phil are awesome bartenders and always have something to say. Met a great guy from Kentucky and kick myself for not forwarding my #s to him. The people that frequent the place are true to the core. That is great to find in NYC. I always have a great time at Paddy's.
yes!. i love this place. the music leaves something to be desired, but my buddies and i frequent this place after work. 2 decent pool tables, golden tee, and all the bud my heart desires. bartenders are friendly, and understand the phrase "buy-back". highly recommend it.
*********. Good, solid New York/Irish neighborhood bar. Two pool tables so the wait for a game is never very long. Fast, friendly, knowledgable staff, led by a charming owner.
Cozy little joint....
Nice music, nice atmosphere...very relaxing. About 12 different beers on tap, but we paid $12 bucks for a Sam Adams Draft and a Raspberry Stoli' and Sprite...you be the judge.
Nice place to sit and talk, as well as have a good time.
